Public Hmmm... so I login to my DirecTV.com account, do some stuff, and when logging out, am presented with a question about a survey. I'm game, so I answer yes.

Public One big note of help to others who might have this problem and have not figured out the problem yet. Logitech Quickcam's can cause a problem with the update feature of Mozilla Thunderbird in that the Quickcam##.exe program locks a .dll that Thunderbird usually needs to update. When this happens, you normally end up uninstalling/re-installing to get Thunderbird updated. The easier fix: use Task Manager (or Process ...
