This is a plea for help ...
My wife has a Sentry 1230 safe in the closet 0f her office here at home. It rarely gets used, in fact it is opened just 2-3 times a year.
We can't open it. We are certain we have the right combination and we are certain we are twirling the dial correctly. I've tried using a small hammer to jar the mechanism since it seems too tight. We need to get into this safe for a car title.
Any suggestions?
