Really, isn't that true of most things? Mmm, moose...

I'm not too sure about that. Have you ever had moose? It's not for the faint-hearted...

and Moussaka is? (hopefully not your neighbor)

Actually moose is good if you soak it or braise it.
I am always pissed at devil's food cake... never any devils in them. And are devile eggs and deviled kidneys satanic????
@jason it is a Turkish dish the Greeks hijacked. In the greek form its minced meat, usually lamb with eggplant cooked pretty much the same way you would a lasagne with a bechamel (white) sauce.
Good when done right.

That would make it a bigger dish, I'm sure.
@Mister Cursor, you should try Steven Raichlen's (Author of BBQ USA and others) Smoked Chicken Deviled Eggs. Yes, there is smoked chicken in there, and enough tabasco to make you think the devil is in there too!

Moose stew is one of the finer dishes you can get with what we norwegians call "wild meat". Just remember to add plenty of cream and boil it for a while. Great with potatoes or even rice.

You have moose in England? Don't you mean Chocolat Moose?

Moose, Snake, Wild Rat...There's plenty of room for God's Creatures....Right next to my Mashed Potatoes.
