I'm on Windows but I must agree - AIR is pretty awesome. I've done some playing around with it - learning Flex (which seems to be the easiest way to make an AIR app) as well as making some HTML/JS apps with it. Pretty fun and an innovative technology I'm sure we'll start seeing more of in the future.
