Vista sucks for the most part. You couldn't use it as a network administrator until early last month. MS never released compatible Adminstrative tools (there was a hack, but not all functionality was there). Also, I find that Vista is terrible for watching Videos, it just seems choppy some times, probably all the DRM.

I have Vista on my 2 home PCs, and XP on my Laptop. At work I was using Vista, but there seems to be an issue with Outlook 2007, Vista Enterprise, and sending mail with attachments, so I went back to XP.

That said I do not think my company will deploy Vista as the Standard user OS for a very long time, if ever.

XP for me. I originally upgraded to Vista and kept it for as long as I could under the trial period. Then the time came to purchase and I could not justify the cost for the few features I was actually using over XP.

OK so it looks quite nice, but I have a Mac that looks nice. It was not worth it then and it's not worth it now.

I wish we could just use (and have supported) XP until the next version of windows comes out (or we all switch to linux or Mac). Hopefully corporations will make this happen as they are not likely to switch anytime soon.

I'm still on XP on my laptop, mostly because it would probably just laugh at me and explode if I tried to put Vista on it.
My boyfriend has switched back and forth from XP to Vista more times than I can count on his desktop. I don't even know which one he's using now.

I don't use Winblows at all if I can avoid it, but when I must, I'm sticking with XP. My guy is a computer tech, and has seen far too many nightmares with Vista, most having to do with hardware compatibility.
