hello All, Final Cut qucik cut for today:

You can make any frame a freeze frame or a picture.
1) place your play head (be nice now) on the timeline where you want the freeze-frame
2) select modify then Make freeze frame or (shift n)
3) from the viewer click and drag the 10 sec frame to the timeline.
thats it, it can be as short or as long as you like ;)
