That's a pretty broad question Oliver... what exactly do you want to know? The basics are that people can scale their browser fonts and you should design your website to let it adapt to larger or smaller type up to a reasonable degree. Absolutely positioning, fixed-height containers, etc. can be problematic (not to say they always are).
