On that same note, I'll recommend PicLens, a plugin for all popular browsers that allows you to quickly filter through large sets of images from e.g flickr or Gooogle Images.

    PicLens is great! Have you signed up for http://SearchMe.com. Similar idea , as far as browsing goes but visually works like iTunes.
