Public just got home from the dark knight on IMAX. Immediate impressions... Chicago/Gotham was breath taking. The joker is every bit as amazing as you have heard. The movie is excellent. I don't know if the academy is ready for this film but I think the golden globes will give it the awards it deserves as long as they can remember it. Sleep now. More later.

Public Also, i saw hellboy 2, i hate to make this a total fanboy forum, but it is pretty amazing. wonderful character design, set design, everything. plot wise it is a bit thin, often a bit too convenient, but there are some truly beautiful moments. i love that del toro didn't allow himself to be rushed during the 'elemental' scene. it has space, weight, silence, sorrow... all things you don ...

Public so, i know i haven't written in a while, but just to update on the last thread, i finished 1-4 of scott pilgrim. awesome, i wish they would just announce 5 so i could at least let it go a little. as for y: the last man, finished 1-8, have 9 + 10 at home. Public kevin rose... i have a theory about his sudden twitter presence. he is fast becoming one of the biggest personalities on his competitors site. I think when he is #1 twitterer he is going to invite all his twit followers to be pro-powncers free of charge. in effect cherry picking the top 30,000 mini-bloggers from his competitor making them feel personally valued on his property.
