Public Interesting delima for software providers: If your software is used by law enforcement, you may have to share your source code so that it can be verified how it works and that it was working properly. I could see this spilling over into other areas as well, such as software for medical care, etc.

Public Hard to say yet, but Apple's new Numbers application looks awesome... Working with a canvas that can have multiple embedded tables and charts instead of trying to put extra stuff into on spreadsheet; I think that should make spreadsheets a whole lot easier to deal with

Public for everyone out there that has experience in languages other than cf: How easy (or hard) is it to parse xml for you? Like rate it on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being super easy, 5 being you would rather gouge your eyes out. I would especially like to know about .net and java, but others too... I know cf and actionscript 3 isn't too bad...
