i hated it at my last job,terrible...but it may have just been that implementation...

I haven't used it myself (thankfully, I graduated just as Peoplesoft was being implemented) but I have a friend in IT at the UW who tells me nothing but "good" things about it.

Remember Peoplesoft is really just a front for Oracle these days...perhaps that will further fuel your hatred?
