Public Paramount sent a "Cease and Desist" letter to our ISP because my neighbor tried to download Shrek the Third.

What rights to I have in this case? I don't care what my neighbor downloads. In fact, INAL but as far as I know, downloading isn't what's illegal...it's the sharing of the files that is.

Public So, TechCrunch is pondering if Pownce is in the deadpool.

I don't think so. In fact, if Pownce ever comes up with an SMS feature, it could take off even more so.
