Help me figure out a way to con wal mart into taking my old iPod touch back once the new ones come out. I want to do an exchange. Any slick ideas?

    try waiting for just after x-mass most stores take just about any return and don't hassle you when you don't give them a receipt.

    Make sure you don't give them a receipt, they don't need to know when you actually bought it. tell them it was a gift and you allready had one.

    I've don't this quite successfully with computer books year after year at various big box book stores. Expect to get store credit though.
