Ugh. Have to update PC. Should I replace the PSU and Video card + add some memory in my PC or just buy a new one from dell. I'm looking to use it mainly for XNA Game Development. I've got my macbook for everything else.

    Upgrade the parts might be a bit cheaper depending on what sort of parts you go for...
