we're now able to broadcast files to the public yay! But what about the copyrights? How many lawsuits we're going to see against Pownce?

perhaps they could use the creative commons licence for personal blogs but then cite any external data used just as has to be done with college essays or any published books.
look at http://wikileaks.org sites like that one have specific aims, much like the piratebay. they will always be getting in more trouble than sumone who uses Twitter or pownce.... i hope :-)

@Charles, it is bad that pownce is legal company and other warez sites are just bootleg sites. it is hard to take action...
