I think a lot of people like twitter better because, when they come to pownce, which has no text limit, they realize they are boring and have nothing to say. With twitter, you can have an excuse for being uninteresting because you can only post one sentence. Also, pownce kind of requires you to interact with other people to get anything out of it. Using twitter, you can just mindlessly broadcast your boring dribble without having to really interact with anyone. Don't you think pownce is more community centered, while twitter is more "me" centered?

    be careful, I hear wes has a thing for punching girls in the face!!

    I have a twitter, I use it to just announce what I'm doing.... got bored pretty quickly. I don't have any friends except you guys, and it was from pownce. it defiantly more communty driven. with twitter, I feel like I could write something down, ball it up and through it away and it would be the same thing
