Tonight I have been using my bamboo steamer to cook dim sum and heat a Chinese bun! I like making dim sum myself, it's easy and so yummy (I didn't make the bun, just the dim sum). I also found a new Asian grocery in my town, the owner was laotian, so we've been talking about Laos for a while, I got so many memories! (I was so excited to find real Beerlao in France that she gave me a big discount for a pack)
